1. Survey Questionnaire Activity - Radibems Sdn Bhd

π Respondent: Radibems Technical Manager, Biomedical Engineer, Biomedical Technician, Technician
π Ice breaking session between respondents and FYP students.
π Mr. Ahmad Kamil b Abdul Kaiyem as the Technical Manager of Radibems told about Radibems Sdn Bhd background and the nature business of the company. Radibems is one of the five business segments of Radicare Group. He stated that Radibems Sdn Bhd is a specialist in Biomedical Engineering Management Services.

π FYP students explained the aim of this survey activity to all respondent for the sake of understanding on this project. This survey seeks to discover how significant this project is and to know more about the faulty/breakdown of medical equipment.
π According to Mr. Ahmad Kamil, this project is an excellent project but he quite doubtful about how this project can detect the faulty components. This is because of the component on the board are tiny and he asked how this project can differentiate between the faulty component and non-faulty component.
π Some of the respondents agreed about this project because they did some research that false alarm detection nowadays can be used by detecting the heat of the faulty board. According to them, if the false alarm detection can detect faulty board, why not this project can improvise to detect faulty components also.
π Some of medical equipments that are currently in troubleshooting process were also shown to the FYP students.
