Assalamualaikum and hi! πΈ
Week : 8
Date : 8 Sept 2019 - 14 Sept 2019
Activities :
1. Evaluation progress of the project.
π 11 September 2019
β 3.00 pm
π¬ FYP room
π Supposedly, the evaluation progress needs to be conducted in the FYP room but due to too many students in that room, the test conducted in BMR 215.
π Filtering circuit constructed on the breadboard to filter the noise and set a bandwidth. Based on the data collected on Final Year Project 1 using the patient monitor, the range of the frequency general alarm is from 500 Hz to 525 Hz. A bandpass filter is constructed using an amplifier LM741, capacitors 47nF, resistor 5.6k ohm and 6.8k ohm.
π Due to the unavailability of the patient monitor in BMR 215, the filtering circuit cannot be verified. The next test must be conducted in SPS 209 because of the availability of the patient monitor there to verify the filtering circuit.

π¬ SPS 209
π This test in the continuing of the progress on September 11, 2019 with the addition of the usage of medical equipment.
π An oscilloscope is connected to the circuit to observe the waveform characteristics in the form of amplitude, frequency and cycle.

3. The layout of sound sensor circuit with signal conditioning
π 14 September 2019
π This is the sketch of the sound sensor circuit with signal conditioning by using Fritzing software for the sketching on a breadboard, a stripboard and a PCB board. There is also the schematic diagram of the circuit using Proteus 8 Professional software.
